Ingredients
Ingredients A
2 1/4tspyeast
1 1/4cupwarm milk of choice
1/4cupsugar
Ingredients B
1/2cupmashed potatoes
4tablespoonsunsalted butter of choice
2teaspoonssalt
1egg
4 1/2cupsbread flour
2tablespoonsbutter of choice melted
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredients A and set aside for 10 mins.
In a mixer using a hook attachment, mix all ingredients B together. Add ingredients A and mix well. Add flour bit by bit till you get a soft dough.
Knead till elastic and no longer sticking on the sides of the bowl of the mixer (6-8 mins). Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 45 mins.
Punch down and divide in balls of 90g. Place in a greased baking tray and cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rise for another 45 mins.
Brush with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 mins or till golden brown.
