Ingredients ¾ cup vital wheat gluten¼ cup all-purpose flour1 tsp vegetable broth powder½ tsp onion powder½ tsp garlic powder¼ tsp salt⅔ cup waterFor the sauce (optional, see notes for other sauce ideas)3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce3 tablespoons hoisin sauce2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons water1 tablespoon rice vinegar½ tsp sesame oil2 tablespoons light oil for frying (such as canola or vegetable)1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish1 small a handful of chopped green onions or chopped chives for garnish Directions Mix all the chicken nugget ingredients until you get a soft dough.
