Ingredients

  • 8 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 5 tbsp plant based butter

  • Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • ¾ cups chopped scallions

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

  • 2 1/2 tbsp chilli oil or bird’s eye chillies

  • ¼ cup pineapple bits

  • Zest from 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped plus more for serving

  • 200 g pasta, blanched

  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water add more if needed

Directions

  • In a wok, sauter garlic until fragrant.
  • Add in all seasoning ingredients. Toss with all other ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
