Ingredients cheese sauce180 ml coconut milk3 tbsp Nutritional yeast2 tablespoons sweet potato/corn flour1 tablespoon onion powder1 tablespoon garlic powder Salt and paprika, to taste Spinach Pumpkin, cut into cubes and fried dry garlic Pasta of choice Directions In a small pot, mix all the ingredients and heat until thick.In a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and pumpkin. Mix until the spinach softens.Put the spinach and pumpkin mixture in the baking pan.
