  • Pre-Mix A
  • 3/4 cup (94g) all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup (41g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Other
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

  • Premix B
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar

  • Premix C
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable or canola oil (or melted coconut oil)

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • Other
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) evaporated milk

  • 100 g chocolate couverture

  • 12 oreos

  • 36 M&Ms

  • 12 cupcake liners


  • In a large mixing bowl, add eggs and mix well. Add in Premix B and mix until well combined. Then, sift in Premix A and mix until well combined. Next, add in Premix C and mix again until well combined. Lastly, add in evaporated milk gradually while mixing. Pour into lined cupcake tray and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 18-20 mins or till cooked through. Leave to cool.
  • In a microwave melt chocolate (on high for 10 secs intervals stirring and checking till all melted)
  • Spread melted chocolate on cooled cupcakes. Use oreo halves and M&Ms to decorate cupcake.
