Ingredients
Pre-Mix A
3/4cup(94g) all-purpose flour
1/2cup(41g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder
3/4teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoonsalt
Other
2largeeggs, at room temperature
Premix B
1/2cup(100g) granulated sugar
1/2cup(100g) packed light brown sugar
Premix C
1/3cup(80ml) vegetable or canola oil (or melted coconut oil)
2teaspoonspure vanilla extract
Other
1/2cup(120ml) evaporated milk
100gchocolate couverture

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add eggs and mix well. Add in Premix B and mix until well combined. Then, sift in Premix A and mix until well combined. Next, add in Premix C and mix again until well combined. Lastly, add in evaporated milk gradually while mixing. Pour into lined cupcake tray and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 18-20 mins or till cooked through. Leave to cool.
In a microwave melt chocolate (on high for 10 secs intervals stirring and checking till all melted)
Spread melted chocolate on cooled cupcakes. Use oreo halves and M&Ms to decorate cupcake.
