Ingredients
Ingredient A
7screwpine leaves
1 1/2cupswater
Ingredient B
1cupglutinous rice flour
1/3cuprice flour
A little bit of green colouring
Other
Date Jam ( see previous recipe)
1/2cupgrated coconut flakes
A pinch of salt
Directions
Cool date jam in freezer till hard enough to be shaped.
Blend ingredient A and pass through a sieve. Pour sifted liquid into Ingredient B bit by bit till a dough is formed. Take about ½ tbsp of the dough, flatten and place a little bit of date jam in the centre. Roll into balls.
Cook in boiling water till the balls float. Coat with coconut flakes that has been mixed with salt.
