Ingredients

  • Ground Ingredients
  • 4 Cloves garlic

  • 6 small shallots, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast / belachan 1 inch

  • 3 stalks of red chili peppers

  • stir-fry ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoons liquid soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • cups Kimchi

  • 2 tablespoons Raisins

  • Soy sauce and pepper, enough

  • Cold rice/day-old rice

  • Garnish**
  • Red chilies

  • coriander leaves

  • fried onions

Directions

  • Sauté the ground ingredients with enough oil until the smell rises.
  • Add rice and kimchi and raisins. Mix with seasonings.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and coriander leaves.
