“Minced beef” schezuan noodles that taste just like the real one, but vegan!

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 300 g vegan mince

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 400 g noodles, blanched

  • 2 tbsp sesame paste

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp five spice powder

  • 1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder

  • 1/2 cup your prepared chili oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced

  • ¼ cup hot cooking water from the noodles

Directions

  • In a pan, sauté the meat with a dash of oil and garlic.
  • Season with soy sauce and sugar.
  • Heat all the sauce ingredients and mix.
  • Mix the blanched noodles (still hot) with the sauce and minced meat.
