Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 180 g (¾ cups) peanut butter

  • 50 g (4 tbsp) neutral vegetable oil

  • Ingredient B
  • 225 g (1.8 cups) all purpose flour

  • 100 g (½ cup) icing sugar

  • Other
  • 1 egg yolk + 15ml (1 tbsp) water (optional)

  • Some date jam

Directions

  • Whisk all ingredients A together.
  • Fold in ingredients B till a soft dough is formed.
  • Shape into 1/2 tbsp size balls. Flatten the top a little with your finger and make a small indent. Pipe some date jam in the centre.
  • Brush on egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 mins.
