Mazola with Dates 0 from 0 votes Course: DessertDifficulty: Easy Servings6servingsPrep time20minutesCooking time15minutes Ingredients Ingredient A180 g (¾ cups) peanut butter50 g (4 tbsp) neutral vegetable oilIngredient B225 g (1.8 cups) all purpose flour100 g (½ cup) icing sugarOther1 egg yolk + 15ml (1 tbsp) water (optional) Some date jam Directions Whisk all ingredients A together.Fold in ingredients B till a soft dough is formed.Shape into 1/2 tbsp size balls. Flatten the top a little with your finger and make a small indent. Pipe some date jam in the centre.Brush on egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 mins.
