Just like rice but taste amazing with spices and sauces.

Ingredients

  • ingredients
  • 8 compressed rice, cut into cubes

  • Veggies of choice

  • Tempeh, seasoned and fried

  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

  • 3 small red onions, sliced

  • 1/2 tbsp curry powder

  • 2 tbsp chili paste

  • Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp thick soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Light soy sauce

  • scallions

  • Fried shallots

  • Red chilies, sliced

Directions

  • Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  • Add ground chilies and cook until the oil separates. Add all the seasonings, ketupat and tempeh.
  • Mix well and add vegetables of your choice.
  • Serve with scallions, fried onions and red chili slices.
