A hydrating dessert, perfect for a warm sunny day.

Ingredients

  • 1 water gourd

  • 2 red chilies

  • Fuchuk and sohun

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 125 ml santan

  • salt and sugar to taste

  • Coarsely ground ingredients
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • 2 small red onions

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 bird’s eye chili

Directions

  • In a pot, mix the ground ingredients with water until the chili smell disappears.
  • Add water gourd and chili and simmer again until the gourd is soft enough.
  • Add fucuk, soy sauce, and coconut milk.
  • Season with salt and sugar to taste.
