Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 1 cup dates, chopped

  • 3/4 cups brown sugar

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • Ingredient B
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Ingredient C
  • 2 cups cornflakes

  • 3/4 cup almond nibs, toasted

  • Other
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Directions

  • Heat ingredient A together till butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add ingredient B.
  • Fold into ingredient C. Leave to cool a little.
  • Shape into ½ tbsp balls and coat with desiccated coconut.
