Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 2 cups milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup butter of choice

  • 2 sustainably farmed eggs, slightly beaten

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp pandan emulco

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Ingredient B
  • 6 slices bread, cut into cubes

  • 7 dates, pitted, and chopped

Directions

  • In a blender, blitz all ingredients A till smooth.
  • In a large bowl, pour ingredients A onto slices of bread and leave to soak for about 15 mins.
  • Place into an oven safe ramekin and sprinkle chopped dates. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45 mins or till cooked through.
