Use leftover bread before they go mouldy… hehe Kurma Bread Pudding 0 from 0 votes Course: DessertCuisine: AsianDifficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time15minutesCooking time45minutes Ingredients Ingredient A2 cups milk of choice1/4 cup butter of choice2 sustainably farmed eggs, slightly beaten3 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp pandan emulco1/4 tsp saltIngredient B6 slices bread, cut into cubes7 dates, pitted, and chopped Directions In a blender, blitz all ingredients A till smooth.In a large bowl, pour ingredients A onto slices of bread and leave to soak for about 15 mins.Place into an oven safe ramekin and sprinkle chopped dates.
