Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

  • 15 regular marshmallows

  • 1 ice cream bar, of choice

  • Emptied milk carton (250ml)

Directions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, place marshmallows and melt for 1 min.
  • Grease the inner surface of the empty milk carton with vegetable oil. Pour melted marshmallow into the milk carton.
  • Push in the ice cream bar. Place in the freezer for 4 hours or until the marshmallow is completely hardened.
  • Remove the milk carton and caramelise the surface using a blow torch.
