Ingredients

  • Ingredients A
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) vegetable oil

  • 285 g potatoes, cut into large cubes

  • Ingredients B
  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) soy sauce (see note)

  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) water

  • 2 tablespoons (30g) sugar

  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) fish sauce

  • 1 medium clove garlic (5g), finely grated

  • Ingredients C
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) toasted sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon (6g) toasted sesame seeds

  • Scallions, Roughly sliced.

Directions

  • Toss ingredients A together and cook potatoes till crispy in an airfryer at 200°C for 10-15 mins. (Or fry in hot oil). Toss excess oil.
  • In a pot heat up ingredients B till thickens.
  • Coat potatoes with thickened sauce and finish with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds. Garnish with scallions.
