Ingredients

  • Bahan A
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 1 large Onions finely diced

  • 1 Red bell peppers, finely diced

  • 300 g Pumpkin peeled and cubed into large bite-sized pieces

  • 200 ml Coconut milk

  • 125 ml Vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp Cili paste

  • 2 tbsp Curry powder

  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree

  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced

  • 1 tbsp Paprika

  • 1 Sprigs thyme

  • Salt to taste

  • Bahan B
  • 1 Onion cut into small cubes

  • 1 Capsicum cut into small cubes

Directions

  • Tumiskan bahan A sehingga bau naik.
  • Masukkan Bahan B dan tums garing.
  • Masukkan labu ½ santan dan kaldu sayuran. Reneh sehingga labu lembut.
  • Masukkan baki santan. Perasakan dengan garam, lada dan gula secukup rasa.
