Ingredients
For the base
150gbutter
2egg yolks
40gcaster sugar
25gmilk powder
225glow protein flour
15gcornflour
1/2tspvanilla essence
For the icing
35mlegg white
130gicing sugar
Coloring of choice
Directions
For the base cream butter with sugar till fluffy. Add in egg yolks and mix well. Add in all other ingredients till a soft dough is formed. Shape into 5g balls, flatten and press sides with a fork.
Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 mins. Leave to cool
For the icing, whisk egg whites till frothy. Add in caster sugar bit by bit while whisking. Continue whisking till you get stiff peaks. Divide and add colouring of choice.
Pipe icing on cooled biscuits. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for another 5-8 mins.
