Ingredients

  • Ingredients A
  • 220 g Warm soy milk

  • 60 g Sugar

  • 3 g Instant dry yeast

  • Ingredients B
  • 180 g Rice Flour

  • 20 g Glutinous Rice Flour

  • 8 g oil

  • Other**
  • 5 g Baking Powder

Directions

  • Mix ingredients A and set aside for 5 mins.
  • Mix in ingredients B till a smooth batter is formed. Leave to ferment for 1 hour.
  • Mix baking powder with some water. Mix into the fermented mixture.
  • Pour into tea cups and steam on high heat for 20 mins. Turn off the fire and leave for 5 mins before removing.
