Sweet yet savoury fried noodles.

Ingredients

  • 200 g optional noodles

  • 2 tablespoons thick soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon liquid soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper

  • 1 red onion (finely sliced)

  • 3 cloves garlic (finely sliced)

  • 150 g tempeh, dry fried

  • Mustard leaf

  • Garnish: Coriander, red chili and fried onion

Directions

  • In a pan, sauté onion and garlic with a little oil until fragrant. Add chili boh and cook until the oil breaks.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix evenly.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of fried onions and coriander.
