Make soy milk easily at home!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soybeans

  • 5 cups of water

  • Pandan leaf

  • Sugar

Directions

  • Wash and soak soybeans overnight
  • Toss the excess water and remove as much of the soybean skin as possible
  • Grind soybeans with 2 cups of water.
  • Put in pressure cooker and 3 more cups of water and pandan leaves. Heat while stirring. When it starts to boil.
  • Cover and cook for 30min.
  • Filter and ready to serve. Add sugar to taste and a pinch of salt.
