Ingredients

  • 1 boneless chicken thigh, cut into cubes (remove and reserve skin)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 10 sustainably farmed shrimps, cleaned

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 cups napa cabbage, sliced

  • Yellow noodles, blanched

  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

  • Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 1 tsp gula melaka

  • 2 tablespoons thick soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon thin soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup low sodium chicken stock

Directions

  • Place chicken skin into the airfryer and cook till crispy. ( alternatively, shallow fry till crispy)
  • In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add in chicken cubes and cook through. Add prawns and cook till they are reddish.
  • Add in Napa cabbage and all seasonings and cook till cabbage is wilted.
  • Add cornstarch slurry and cook till thickened. Fold in yellow noodles.
