Ingredients
1boneless chicken thigh, cut into cubes (remove and reserve skin)
1/2teaspoonsalt
10sustainably farmed shrimps, cleaned
2clovesgarlic, finely chopped
1cupsnapa cabbage, sliced
Yellow noodles, blanched
1tablespoonscornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Seasonings
1tablespoonsoyster sauce
1/2teaspoonsesame oil
1/4teaspoonground white pepper
1tspgula melaka
2tablespoonsthick soy sauce
1tablespoonthin soy sauce
1/3cuplow sodium chicken stock
Directions
Place chicken skin into the airfryer and cook till crispy. ( alternatively, shallow fry till crispy)
In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add in chicken cubes and cook through. Add prawns and cook till they are reddish.
Add in Napa cabbage and all seasonings and cook till cabbage is wilted.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook till thickened. Fold in yellow noodles.
