Ingredients A handful of shitake mushrooms, roughly sliced Glass noodles, soaked for 15 min Enough black pepper5 cloves garlic, chopped7 coriander leaves2 inches ginger, sliced1 tablespoon oil Optional vegetables (ab use carrots and snow peas)1 spring onion Vegetable soup Seasoning1 tablespoon soy sauce2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce½ teaspoon thick soy sauce1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon peanut butter2 teaspoons chili oil Directions Mix all the seasonings until well mixed.
