2tspyeast
1tbspsugar
3/4cupmilk of choice
Ingredient B
420gbread flour
1tspsalt
1tspgarlic powder
45gbutter of choice
Filling
75gbutter of choice (room temp)
1/2cupcoriander, chopped
1headgarlic
1tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
2tbspsugar
Directions
Mix ingredients A together and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
Mix all of ingredients B together in a large bowl till a coarse sand texture is obtained. Add in ingredients A and mix till a soft dough is formed. Leave to rest for 45 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
For the filling mix all filling ingredients together.
Punch the bread dough which has risen and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with 1 inch thickness. Spread filling and roll dough. Place in a baking tin and leave to rise for another 30-35 mins. Then bake at 190C for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
