Fried Tofu with Pineapple Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
1blockblock tofu
Oil, to fry
2clovesgarlic, minced
2tspminced ginger
2tbspbrown sugar or honey
1tbspdark soy sauce
3tbsppineapple
1tspcornstarch
2tbspwater
Pineapple bits
Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Sliced green onions, to garnish
Sriracha, to taste if desired
Directions
Place cut tofu onto paper towels and leave to dry for 15 mins.
Coat tofu with oil and cook in an airfryer till crispy or deep fry in hot oil.
For the sauce, heat some oil in a small pot. Sauter garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in all other ingredients and cook until thickened. Fold in pineapple bits.
Pour sauce over tofu. Garnished with toasted sesame and green onions.
