Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 30 g egg white

  • 50 g icing sugar

  • Ingredient B
  • 60 g sliced almonds, toasted

  • 30 g dates, chopped

  • 40 g seeds of choice

  • 10 g black and white sesame

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • zest of half large orange

Directions

  • Whisk ingredient A till frothy.
  • Toss with ingredient B and spoon onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C or 10 mins.
