Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 -2 tbsp ice water

Directions

  • Place cheese, flour and butter into a food processor. Blitz till you get crumbles.
  • Add cold water while blitzing till a soft dough is formed. Flatten into a disc and cover with cling film.
  • Rest for 30 mins in fridge.
  • Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into fish shape using cookie cutter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 mins or till golden brown.
