Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 80 g (1/3 cup) chunky peanut butter

  • 80 g (1/4 cup) honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • *Ingredient B
  • 40 g (1/3 cup)  milk powder

  • 30 g (1/3 cup) quick-cooking oats

  • **Other
  • 4 unit  graham cracker, crushed into crumbs

  • 100 g white chocolate couverture

  • 20 eye candies

  • Piping Blood
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) White granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch / cornflour

  • 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) Lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) Water

  • Red colouring

Directions

  • In a food processor, blitz premix B and graham cracker till you get a rough mixture. 
  • Stir premix A in a bowl until combined well. Mix in the mixture from step 1 and shape 15 small balls. 
  • Melt chocolate and glaze onto the peanut butter balls until well coated. Leave to cool in the fridge. 
  • Melt remaining chocolate. Dip cooled peanut butter balls into melted chocolate. Decorate with red piping gel and eye candies
