Ingredients 1 tablespoon vegetable oilIngredients B1 large onion, diced1 bell pepper, cut into small cubesIngredients A1 tablespoon chili powder2 tablespoons curry powder1 tablespoon tomato puree1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon minced ginger1 teaspoon paprika300 g pumpkin, peeled and cut into large cubes200 ml coconut milk125 ml vegetable broth Salt and black pepper, to taste Directions Saute ingredient A until the smell rises. Add Ingredient B and fry until crisp. Add pumpkin ½ coconut milk and vegetable broth. Simmer until the pumpkin is soft. Add the remaining coconut milk. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
