A great dessert to enjoy on a hot day, sweet and refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups soy milk

  • 1 packet orange gelatin powder

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • Syrup
  • 2 pandan leaves

  • ¾ cup water

  • ¼ cup caster sugar

  • ¼ cup melaka sugar

  • 1 inch ginger, sliced

Directions

  • Heat soy milk, water, and vanilla essence. Add the gelatin powder and let it dissolve.
  • Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • For the syrup, heat all the ingredients up and let cool.
  • Serve pudding with syrup.
