Ingredients

  • Potato dumplings dough
  • 150 g russet potatoes

  • Ingredient A
  • 1 cup potato starch

  • 89 ml water

  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • Ingredient B
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 3 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Ingredient C
  • 1/2 tsp vegetable powder

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp black vinegar

Directions

  • Boil potatoes till soft (approx. 30 mins). Peel and mash. Mix with ingredient A till you get a soft dough.
  • Shape into 20g balls and flatten with the mouth of an emptied soda bottle.
  • Cook in boiling water for 15 mins. Drain excess water.
  • For the sauce, heat oil and pour over ingredients B. Mix in Ingredients C and pour over cooked potato dumplings.
