Peel and slice potatoes. Steam till tender. While still a little warm, add in the rice and glutinuos rice flours bit by bit till you get a dough. If it becomes too dry add some water (only if needed).Shape into 3g balls and flatten. Make an indent in the centre of the the flattened ball.
Cook in boiling water till the dumplings float. Put immediately into cold water and then drain.
In a wok heat some oil and sauté ingredients B till fragrant. Add tomatoes and green chillies and cook till tomatoes are tender.
Add in ingredients C and cook until thickened. Toss with potato dumplings.
