Ingredients

  • 2 medium sizes of potato, cut into wedges

  • Ingredients A
  • 80 g minced chicken thighs

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Ingredients B
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger

  • 1 tablespoon fried garlic or fresh chopped garlic

  • Ingredients C
  • 2 tsp light soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • Pinch salt

  • Pinch sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder

  • Other
  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • Some chopped spring onions (to garnish)

Directions

  • Mix ingredients A together and leave to marinate for at least 15 mins.
  • In a wok, heat oil and sauté ingredients B in some oil till fragrant.
  • Add in marinated ingredients A and stir fry till chicken is cooked through.
  • Add in potatoes, ingredients C and chicken stock. Leave to simmer till potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with some spring onions.
