Chinese Potato and Mince Stew (Halal) 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: AsianDifficulty: Easy Servings2servingsPrep time15minutesCooking time20minutes Ingredients 2 medium sizes of potato, cut into wedgesIngredients A80 g minced chicken thighs1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp white pepper1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce1 tsp sesame oilIngredients B1 tablespoon chopped ginger1 tablespoon fried garlic or fresh chopped garlicIngredients C2 tsp light soya sauce1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tablespoon dark soya sauce1/2 tsp white pepper Pinch salt Pinch sugar1/2 teaspoon five spice powderOther1 cup chicken stock Some chopped spring onions (to garnish) Directions Mix ingredients A together and leave to marinate for at least 15 mins.In a wok, heat oil and sauté ingredients B in some oil till fragrant.Add in marinated ingredients A and stir fry till chicken is cooked through.Add in potatoes, ingredients C and chicken stock.
