Cendawan Masak Merah 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: AsianDifficulty: Easy Servings2-3servingsPrep time20minutesCooking time15minutes Ingredients King Trumpet Mushrooms Turmeric powder and salt1 stalk curry leaf1 piece dried tamarind slice1 yellow onion, sliced2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce Gula melaka and salt, to tasteSpice paste (Blended)1 onion1 inch ginger5 shallots3 cloves garlic1 lemongrass8 dried chillies, boiled Directions Toss mushrooms with oil, turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Cook in air fryer at 180C for 15 mins.In a wok, sauter the spice paste till the chilli oil separates. Add in curry leaves, tamarind slice, and oyster sauce.
