Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 300 g Shrimp

  • 2 tbsp Cornflour

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Ingredient B
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 tsp chilli flakes ( or 2 bird’s eye chillies, sliced)

  • 2 stalks Curry Leaf

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Other
  • 250 ml Evaporated Milk

  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Directions

  • Toss ingredients A together. In a wok, heat oil and sauter the prawns till cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same wok, add in butter and sauter ingredients B till fragrant. Add in evaporated milk and simmer till thickens. Fold in prawns.
