Salt
Pepper
1tbspbutter
Ingredient B
4clovesgarlic, chopped
2tspchilli flakes ( or 2 bird’s eye chillies, sliced)
2stalks Curry Leaf
1tspSalt

250mlEvaporated Milk
1tbspCooking Oil
Directions
Toss ingredients A together. In a wok, heat oil and sauter the prawns till cooked through. Set aside.
In the same wok, add in butter and sauter ingredients B till fragrant. Add in evaporated milk and simmer till thickens. Fold in prawns.
