Perfect comfort food for one of those sick days or just as dessert!

Ingredients

  • 50 g Red beans – soaked overnight

  • 500 ml water

  • piece gula melaka

  • cup granulated sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • cup thick coconut milk

  • Sago seeds washed and drained

  • 1 sheet pandan leaves

Directions

  • Simmer red beans with water, sugar, and pandan leaves until the beans are soft.
  • Add sago seeds and cook until soft enough.
  • Add coconut milk and season with a pinch of salt.
