Ingredients Marinade2 cloves garlic, chopped1 tablespoon coriander powder1 tablespoon cumin powder1 tablespoon cardamom powder1 teaspoon chili powder2 teaspoons paprika A pinch of salt Black pepper2 tablespoons lemon juice4 tablespoons olive oil Orange juice/water, in case of dryness when cookedYogurt sauce1 cup greek yogurt1 clove garlic, chopped1 teaspoon cumin powder A little lemon juice Salt and black pepperTo serve Pita bread, lettuce, and tomato slices Directions Marinate the grated banana peel in a mixture of marinade ingredients for at least 3 hours.Grill the banana peel on a flat pan or grill that is greased with oil.
