Ingredients
Ingredients A
3/4cupsglutinous rice flour
1/3cupgranulated sugar
A pinch of salt
1/4cupboiling water
Ingredients B
3/4cupglutinous rice flour
1/4cuproom temperature water (plus 1 tablespoon)
Other
Red bean paste
1/4cupsesame seeds (raw or toasted are both fine)
Peanut or vegetable oil
Directions
Mix all of ingredients A together in a big bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together ingredients B. fold into ingredients A until you get a smooth homogenous dough. Leave to rest.
Divide red bean paste into 24g balls and dough into 45g balls.
Wrap red bean paste filling with dough.
Coat with sesame seeds.
Spray or brush oil over.
Cook in a preheated airfryer at 77C for 15 mins and then 176C for 2-5 mins or till golden brown.
